Xiaomi is set to launch its latest flagship models in India sometime in April that goes as Mi 6 and Mi 6 Plus and ahead of its arrival in the country, the leaked specs from China has been making headlines among the Indian tech bloggers.
Xiaomi which recently launched the entry-level Redmi 4A in India and sold more than 3 million unites in the first flash sale via Flipkart is soon to woo the Indian consumer with two flagship models.
Biggest surprise is the fact that both devices will be powered by Snapdragon 835 chipset and not the older Snapdragon 821 which many experts were believing.
So the first in line is the Mi 6 which is shorter than the other sibling at 5.15″ display with full HD resolution. The handset will come in two variants 4 and 6 GB RAM and three storage options 32, 64 and 128 GB and neither will offer an expandable storage option.
The device will feature a 19MP Sony IMX400 back camera and an 8MP selfie snapper. It will boot the Android Marshmallow 6.0 with MIUI 9 interface. The quick charge enabled battery will be 3200mAh and the cell will be VoLTE embedded and will have a dual-SIM slots.
Mi 6 Plus on other hand, it will sport a larger 5.7″ full HD display and will come have a whopping 6 GB of RAM. There will be two variants of it to choose from, 64GB and 128GB. It is seen with a 12MP Sony IMX 362 dual main camera sensor and an 8MP front shooter and a huge 4,500mAh battery cell.
It will run on a newest version, Nougat 7.0 with MIUI 8 or 9.
Both will have series of similar specs like a fingerprint scanner, VoLTE, quick charge, etc.
